V1-25 Sins, Woes, and Divisions
Is it worse to sin or to cause others to sin? Is betrayal a sin? Who will be punished: sinful, unrepentant cities, their inhabitants, or both? And why are certain divisions necessary in the churches? These are just some of the questions to consider in this week's edition of the Walking Talking Bible Project.

Memory Passage: Matthew 18:7
Matthew 18:7
7 Woe to the world for the causes of sin. These stumbling blocks must come, but woe to the man through whom they come!
Connection Passage #1: Matthew 26:24
Matthew 26:24
24 The Son of Man will go just as it is written about Him, but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed. It would be better for him if he had not been born.”
Connection Passage #2: Matthew 11:20–24
Matthew 11:20–24
20 Then Jesus began to denounce the cities in which most of His miracles had been performed, because they did not repent.
21 “Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
22 But I tell you, it will be more bearable for Tyre and Sidon on the day of judgment than for you.
23 And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.
24 But I tell you that it will be more bearable for Sodom on the day of judgment than for you.”
Connection Passage #3: 1 Corinthians 11:18–19
1 Corinthians 11:18–19
18 First of all, I hear that when you come together as a church, there are divisions among you, and in part I believe it.
19 And indeed, there must be differences among you to show which of you are approved.
